to the home of Yielding Everlasting Success (YES), Children’s Ministry. YES began in 2005 and is dedicated to helping disadvantaged children in Liberia. The YES organization is based in Massachusetts. We are a federal exempt 501(c)3 organization and Massachusetts State Tax exempt. YES Children’s Ministry is a non-profit, non-governmental and non-ethnic Christian organization. YES is also a registered entity of the Republic of Liberia. READ MORE ABOUT THE FOUNDERS.
The Mission
Our Mission is to provide a total transformation of the children whose lives were affected by the civil war of Liberia. We aim to mold them into members of the community who can participate in the countries future. Our focus is to care for children who are displaced, homeless or orphaned. Since some of the children face poverty and need a safe place, YES aims to carry out the mission in an abuse-free Christian environment. Yes Children’s Ministry desires to care for the child as a whole: spiritually, emotionally, and physically by providing:
- A loving home
- Food
- Clothing
- Basic medical needs
- Schooling
- Vocational training
- Biblical studies & Fellowship
The Vision
The organization’s vision is to see children born during and after the civil wars in Liberia reach their full potential. Despite their initial beginning, YES aims to prepare these children to enter the Liberian society as future leaders and mentors to others of the community. We want the children of Liberia to have knowledge of Christ as their Lord and Savior.
